THIS IS ANCIENT MEDICINE FOR MODERN TIMES

SEASONS AND EACH SOLSTICE AND EQUINOX

Spring Equinox

The element is Wood, the color is green, the paired organs are the Liver and the Gall Bladder.   To help you understand this concept, the Liver is the “General in Charge of Making Plans”; the Gall Bladder is the “Official of Wise Judgments and Decision Making”.  So, someone who has gall bladder complaints may have difficulty in making decisions and following through with them.  One who no longer has their gall bladder will benefit greatly from the acupuncture treatments which will address this.

Every organ in your body governs something else, as in the Liver governs the eyes and your vision, not only what you actually see with your eyes but the energetic ability to look forward and envision your pathways before you.

The Liver  governs fingernails and toenails and the emotions of patience and anger.  Further, the health of your Liver is important in preventing seizures, strokes and tremors.

Similarly, the pairs of organs related to the other seasons have their specific jobs.

Summer Solstice is the beginning of the Fire Element, the organs are the Heart and Small Intestine.

The following Element is  Earth: the Spleen and Stomach.  Next is Metal, pairing the Lungs and Large Intestine.

Winter Solstice is the Water Element, connecting the Kidneys and Bladder.

All seasons and pairs of organs govern certain emotions, illnesses, voice sounds, beneficial foods specific to that Element and Season.  This is a whole different way to understanding the Road to Wellness.  Follow your curiosity and call for your FREE consultation now.
